Token integrated EX-type bottom bracket

Token’s Tiramic bearings — a word mash-up of ‘titanium’ and ‘ceramic’ — help to keep its Shimano-compatible integrated bottom bracket rolling more smoothly than most thanks to the use of titanium races and ceramic balls.
Bottom brackets are an oft-overlooked piece of the bicycle jigsaw, but Token’s aluminium cups — for British or Italian threads — come in a pleasing choice of colours, along with a claimed weight of just 93g. Smooth.
